IM and P2P Setup:

IM and P2P are set up in the System and Library sections of the Administrator console.

1. In the System section, activate Pattern Blocking in the Filter window.

2. In the Library section, specified services are set up to be blocked as defined in Blocked IM and P2P Clients and Services.

NOTE: Please contact a Trustwave technical support representative or a solutions engineer if access is needed to one or more IM and/or P2P services blocked by Trustwave's supplied library category for IM and/or P2P.

3. In the Manual Update to Trustwave Supplied Categories window, IM and/or P2P pattern files can be updated on demand via the Weekly Update or Full URL Library Update options.
